Download the WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form - this form must be signed prior to participating. If you are younger than 18 years of age, this form must be signed by a parent/legal guardian.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age - 10 years

$289 up to 10 players, $30 for each additional player. The price includes:

Use of the Function Room for 2 Hours

Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance and full payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
